Over countless conversations with our HR colleagues, we’ve heard the same themes again and again: exhaustion, loneliness, and the heavy weight of carrying HR challenges for the company. We’ve felt that pain too, and we knew we wanted to do something about it.

Our vision was simple: give HR professionals a trusted, confidential space to connect, reflect, and grow together. Each month, you’ll step into a small, curated group of peers who understand the realities of HR. Together, you’ll tackle pressing challenges, share hard-earned insights, and discover fresh perspectives.

Prior to founding Leadership Enthusiast in 2021, Julie spent 12 years at Blizzard Entertainment and 7 years with Kawasaki Motor Corp., U.S.A. During that time, she learned critical lessons about what’s needed for creative teams to thrive. Her niche as a former Learning & Development and HR leader provides a unique skillset that helps her deliver meaningful results for leaders at all levels. Her clients include large AAA game companies, international organizations, and companies in the tech and start-up space.

Julie’s primary passion is developing others. An expert facilitator, she incorporates heart, humor, curiosity, and strategic thinking in her approach to helping individuals and teams. She is known for her authenticity and ability to ask insightful questions that create “aha” moments in others.
Sarah is a seasoned HR leader and certified executive coach with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations and leaders thrive. Her career spans Fortune 50 companies and hyper-growth startups, including Lockheed Martin, Riot Games, Activision Blizzard, FabFitFun, BCG, and Aurora Solar. Sarah has held senior HR leadership roles where she built scalable, people-first cultures through rapid growth and transformation.
As Founder of Sea Change Leadership, Sarah partners with leaders and organizations to navigate complexity, unlock growth, and build workplaces grounded in trust, clarity, and impact. Known for her empathetic and pragmatic approach, she blends deep HR expertise with coaching mastery to help clients strengthen their leadership, teams, and organizations.
